ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN) – Round Rock Police are investigating the robbery of the Bank of America branch located near Interstate 35 and Highway 45.
Police tell KXAN News the call came in about 10:35 a.m. after a man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note. Police say the note claimed he had a weapon and demanded money.
The robber left the bank before police arrived.
Police released photos from the bank’s camera system showing the man suspected of robbing the teller. The man appears to have a tattoo on his right calf. If you recognize the man or have other information about the robbery, you are asked to call Detective Shawn Scott at 512-596-0465.
This is the third robbery of a Round Rock bank along Interstate 35 since June.
