Vibes Concert Helps Local Deaf Students “Feel” the Music

LED bracelets, flashing lights that coordinate with the music and vibrating floors are some of the ways students and faculty at The Texas School for the Deaf will “feel” the music at the upcoming Vibes concert to be held at Austin’s North Door. The interactive show will be streaming live at vibesconcert.com, and in addition to the show, concert goers will enjoy pizza provided by Domino’s. If you are interested in supporting the school in this endeavor, you can donate at their website; be sure to denote “VIBES” on your donation. Local band Quiet Company is one of the acts performing at the concert.  They treated us to a preview performance when they were in the studio.
