Perfect Pairings with Fork and Vine

The menu at the soon-to-be opened Fork and Vine restaurant will creatively pair seasonal dishes with beer and wine.  Chef Camden Stuerzenberger stopped by to give us the lowdown on the new eatery, which is scheduled to open October 28th.  He also showed us how to make smoked beet tacos, which takes the starring vegetable to a new and heartier level. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
