BUELLTON, Calif. (CNN/KCOY/KEYT) — A California couple’s restaurant is gaining popularity for its unique menu. “Industrial Eats” has become a local favorite over the nine months it’s been in business. It combines unique cuisine and casual dining.

Jeff Olsson and Janet Olsson have been in the catering business for 14 years. From livers and hearts, pig-ear pizza and gooseneck barnacles, Jeff says he likes to push the limits with food.

“For a while, we had the beef tongue pastrami and a lamb tongue salad. That was pretty cool to have two tongues on the menu,” said co-owner and chef Jeff Olsson.

Jeff cooks his creations with two wood pizza ovens. In addition to the restaurant, the couple has a catering business called New West Catering.
