Amanda tried her hand at making sushi on Monday. She visited Sushi Chef, Joel Taylor, at Roll On Sushi Bar to learn more about the Philly Roll. Chef Joel started off by showing us how to make a Philly Roll using rice, cream cheese, avocado, cucumber and salmon. Then it was Amanda’s turn. She gave a great first attempt at making a California Roll, but it came up a little short compared to the Philly.
