FRISCO, Texas (AP) — The tragedy surrounding the January death of a 10-year-old suburban Dallas boy with special needs has taken another turn with the discovery of two bodies at the home of his parents. Police have disclosed little about the man and woman whose bodies were found. They also haven’t disclosed the whereabouts of Sumeet and Pallavi Dhawan, the parents of Arnav Dhawan.
Police had accused Pallavi Dhawan, Arnav’s mother, of murder in his death — even though a medical examiner’s report later said a natural cause was most likely. She was freed on bond.
Officers checking a report of a possible drowning found the woman’s body in the backyard pool of the Dhawans’ home Wednesday afternoon, and the man’s body in the house.
