AUSTIN (KXAN) — The owner of an online store based in Buda is working to resolve complaints after being called out by the Better Business Bureau.

The BBB issued a warning saying SoCo Vintage was taking customers’ money, but not filling some orders.

Owner Tasha Randall said Wednesday the problem was caused by employee who is no longer with the company, and that she is taking action to get the problems sorted out.

“It’s very personal, this is my livelihood, this is how I provide for my three children and myself,” she said. “This (business) is my baby, my fourth child. I put my heart and soul into this business and my customers mean everything to me.
