AUSTIN (KXAN) – Bringing attention to mental health and suicide can be a good way to help prevent suicide. Karen Ranus, program manager at the National Alliance on Mental Health in Austin, joined KXAN in the studio on Tuesday morning to talk about the ways you can address suicide awareness in the Texas community.
