MANCHESTER, England (NBC/APTN) — Extraordinary video now from England.

A closed-circuit camera captured the moment a car crashed into a college building — narrowly missing two people.

The gray MINI Cooper crossed over the line, hit railings and then smashed into the Hopwood Hall College building in Manchester.

The 21-year-old driver was taken to the hospital with head injuries.

Police released the video to try and contact the two pedestrians who were almost killed.

They want to talk with them to learn more about the wreck.
