AUSTIN (KXAN) – If you’ve tried paying your toll bill online lately, chances are you’re among nearly 1,300 drivers who can’t access their accounts.
TxDOT tells KXAN it’s working toward a solution, and those drivers won’t be charged late fees.
The agency’s head apologizes, saying: “The people of the State of Texas, and specifically our toll users, deserve better than what we have laid out for them during this transition. I am sorry for any and all inconvenience our users have experienced during this time.”
