San Marcos man killed in motorcycle crash

SAN MARCOS, Texas (KXAN) – A San Marcos man was killed Saturday night when he lost control of his motorcycle, Police there said.

Stephen Werth, 65, was riding his Harley Davidson east on Hunter Road when a pickup pulled out of a nearby resturaunt and partially into the roadway. Werth lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown from it.

He was pronounced dead about an hour later at Central Texas Medical Center.
