TxTag reopens customer service lines and website

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Starting Wednesday, you can go back to paying any toll fees you may have with TxTag.

It is reopening its customer service lines and website.

Officials had to close it down for a few days while they implemented a new customer service system.

It will now offer live chat support and allow account management on your phone.

A new automated phone system will also let you make payments.
