GEORGETOWN, Texas (KXAN) — Greg Kelley is accused of sexually assaulting two young boys while he was in high school. But in court on Wednesday, one of the boys said Kelley never touched him.
During the trial on Wednesday, the alleged victims, both just 5-years-old, testified via closed circuit TV.
Kelley, 19, is accused of sexually assaulting the boys at the home daycare where he was living at the time.
The prosecution asked the first boy what happened at daycare when he was around Kelley. The young boy described how Kelley had him twice perform oral sex on him.
The boy told the prosecutor that Kelley asked him to perform oral sex, and when he said “no”, Kelley “did it anyways.”
“He just did it anyway?” prosecutor Geoffrey Puryear asked. “How did that make you feel when he did that?” The boy replied, “angry.”
The second boy, said he was never assaulted.
Prosecutors asked the alleged victim if he had touched Kelley, been touched by Kelley or if Kelley had ever used lotion with him. The boy continued to say “no.” However, he also said no when prosecutors asked if he had ever talked about Greg with his parents and others.
The mother of the second alleged victim took the stand, and testified as to what her young son told her about Kelley. Her son told her that Kelley had him put lotion on his genitals.
“I asked him what? What did you just say? And he repeated it again,” said the victims mother.
Kelley had support in the courtroom, and friends of the former high school football star also supported him on Twitter.
