Court docs detail charges against ex-Marble Falls ISD worker

MARBLE FALLS, Texas (KXAN) —  The ex-volunteer firefighter and former Marble Falls ISD IT department employee who was arrested last week on a child sex crime charges confessed to sexually assaulting a 4-year-old.

The probable cause affidavit for his arrest details a graphic video found by Texas Rangers on Deavon Delancey’s computer.

Rangers said in the document that it appeared the video of the assault was made or transferred to his computer on May 31, 2014.

Delancey was terminated by Marble Falls ISD and the Marble Falls Area Volunteer Fire Department  the day after his arrest on charges of possession child pornography and sexual assault of a child.

The next day, Marble Falls ISD officials told KXAN that DeLancey confessed to putting “devices” in dressing rooms at Marble Falls schools.
