(CNN/WVLT) — Celebrity chef Paula Deen is launching a new Internet-based network.
According to her website, “The Paula Deen Network” is coming in September.
It will be a paid subscription service providing access to new programming from the cooking star via several devices, including computers and smartphones.
Deen lost her contract with the Food Network last year after she admitted to using a racial epithet in the past.
She later apologized.
