LYTLE, Texas (NBC/WOAI) — Police in Lytle, Texas, have arrested a suspect seen on a dash cam video firing at a police officer during a high-speed chase.

Matthew Arambula, 19, is in the Atascosa County Jail on charges he pulled the trigger.

Lytle police say when an officer tried to pull over Arambula for missing a front license plate, he sped off.
