Hidden-cash craze hits Dallas’ Victory Park

DALLAS (CNN/WFAA) — A cash craze took over Victory Park in Dallas.

Hundreds of people dashed around the area near the WFAA studio Monday evening, searching for hidden envelopes of cash.

It was all part of a Twitter-based scavenger hunt.

Clues were tweeted by @hiddencashdfw about the locations of 12 envelopes.

In all, $290 was distributed.
