CEDAR PARK, Texas (KXAN) — A Williamson County used tire salesman and garage owner accused of ripping off customers is in jail again.

Josh Rosa is charged with felony tampering with a government document, according to Cedar Park police. An employee at the garage, Hugh Johnson, faces two counts. of tampering.

The arrests are related to an alleged emissions testing scheme at Josh’s Used Tires and Wheels on North Bell Boulevard. The Department of Public Safety is leading the investigation.

In March a KXAN Investigation revealed two felony theft charges brought against Josh Rosa.
