(CNN/WCAX) — We’ve got a big scoop for you: Tuesday is Ben & Jerry’s annual Free Cone Day.

The company, based in Vermont, is offering free ice cream cones to say “Thank you” to its customers.

The annual tradition began after it opened its first shop in 1979.

It now has nearly 750 shops in more than two dozen countries, which translates to thousands of free cones.

Don’t have a meltdown, but the nearest Scoop Shop is in San Antonio — where you can get your free snack from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
