AUSTIN (KXAN) — Ever wonder what happens when you belly rub a Little Penguin? You get a big reaction.

I can’t handle Cookie’s cuteness. He’s a Little Penguin – quite literally, too — and the mascot of the Zoo Bird House at the Cincinnati Zoo, according to the YouTube post.

Little Penguins are the smallest species of penguin, usually found on the coastlines of southern Australia and New Zealand.

Even cuter is that this penguin has special penguin shoes. The little guy actually suffers from bumblefoot, which is a bacterial infection and inflammatory reaction on the feet of birds and rodents. It’s most often found in captive animals than those in the wild, according to Wikipedia.
