PARIS (NBC/APTN) — The man dubbed France’s “Spiderman” scaled another tower in Paris.
French Spiderman Alain Robert climbed the 500-foot Ariane in western Paris on Thursday.
Onlookers and police gathered to watch his climb and applauded him when he got to the top.
Robert boasted that even at 52 years old, he still felt physically fit to carry on with his Spiderman adventures.
“I wasn’t afraid of nothing,” said Robert. “I was just thinking about the last 10 meters. I knew the structure was different, so I having that on my mind. And I was just thinking, ‘You know, I just need to climb carefully.’”
