Man on scooter runs into stopped car

AUSTIN (KXAN) — A man on a scooter was transported to University Medical Center Brackenridge with life-threatening injuries after he struck a parked car on Wednesday afternoon.

Austin police said the crash happened around 5:20 p.m. on East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Overhill Drive in East Austin.
