A 24-year-old man is dead after police found his body lying in the middle of northbound MoPac near Windsor Road early Sunday morning.

At around 2:15 a.m., police say a driver called 911 after spotting a man walking in a northbound lane of MoPac. They say the man tried to cross to the other side when he was hit by a truck. The truck did not stop, and police are looking for the driver.

Officers describe the truck as a dark colored (possibly blue), late 90s, small pickup. They say the truck has some front end damage, possibly including broken headlights.
