AUSTIN (KXAN) — NASCAR racing champion Jeff Gordon got his revenge on an unsuspecting automotive journalist who called his viral commercial for Pepsi in 2013 fake.

You might remember the March 2013 stunt with Gordon called “Test Drive,” where he disguised himself and took an unsuspecting car salesman on a wild test drive.

In the recent prank, Gordon teamed up with Pepsi Max to prove to the skeptical Jalopnik writer in a way only Gordon could answer. This time, Gordon’s disguised as an ex-convict-turned-taxi-driver who’s on the run from police.
