FORT WORTH, Texas (NBC/KXAS) — Icy conditions in North Texas killed four people and caused hundreds of crashes.
Cars slid on a slippery stretch of a Fort Worth highway Tuesday morning.
These crashes were minor fender benders, but officials say earlier in the morning five people were injured and one man died at this location.
A 31-year-old man was ejected from his car after hitting a guardrail.
A second car hit the car, and the man was run over by a third car that slid on the ice.
