AUSTIN (KXAN) – A San Marcos business is offering $7,500 for any information leading to an arrest in connection with an armed robbery they experienced in December, 2013.

The Hays County Crime Stoppers have already offered a $1,000 cash reward for information on the armed robbery, but the owners are adding a $7,500 reward on top of that in hopes of catching the suspects.

The armed robbery happened at the 3PD Warehouse located at 1600 Clovis Barker Road in San Marcos on Monday, December 23, 2013. The two male suspects entered the warehouse, assaulted one of the employees while holding him at knife point, located a second employee and tied them both up and placed them in the bathroom. The two suspects then looted the warehouse, stealing a large amount of merchandise that included numerous big-screen televisions.

The only identifying information for the suspects investigators have is that they are both black males in their mid 30s to early 40s and appeared to be approximately 5 foot 10 inches tall, each weighing about 250 lbs. Both suspects were wearing black hoodies and black pants.

If anyone has any information related to this crime please call the San Marcos Police Department Criminal Investigations unit at 512-753-2300 or Crime Stoppers at 512-353-TIPS.
