HOUSTON (AP) — Police say a Transportation Security Administration agent has been arrested for threatening to shoot co-workers at Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Jeno Mouton of Houston faces a felony charge of making a terroristic threat.

An arrest affidavit says Mouton on Jan. 25 told a supervisor at the airport that he wanted to vent rather than “come back and shoot up the place.” He repeated the comment and then was ordered to leave and told not to return until notified, but Mouton allegedly was seen days later in a secure area of the airport.

The 35-year-old Mouton is free on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court March 7.

His attorney, Shanna Hennigan, told the Houston Chronicle that, “We look forward to clearing up this situation and resolving it.”
