MOBILE, Ala. (NBC/WMPI) — Although much of the snow and ice have melted in some areas, the danger has not faded.
That case spelled out in a matter of inches for a tow truck driver in Alabama Thursday morning.
The tow truck driver was securing a wrecked truck on Interstate 10 in Mobile when an SUV skidded on a patch of slick road.
The SUV came within inches of hitting the tow truck driver, who was able to get out of the way just in time.
He was visibly shaken, but fortunately, he was not hurt.
