Trailer fire in Cedar Park, one missing

AUSTIN (KXAN) – The Cedar Park Fire Department responded to a trailer fire after reports came in that it was spreading.

Firefighters learned two travel trailers were on fire at Big Oaks RV Park at 8:50 a.m. According to officials, the trailers were empty so there were no injuries to people, but two dogs died in the fire. One person is missing from the scene.

Three engines reported to the scene, one from Cedar Park. The RV park is located in Northwest Travis County on the edge of Cedar Park.

The investigation continues, KXAN will provide updates as they become available.
